Route-heavy work now has its own command lane inside the 0S.
SkyeRouteX now has two inspection surfaces: the older V83 static routed shell and the newly added SkyeRoutexFlow Workforce Command v0.4.0 local proof platform. Together they turn route-heavy work into a 0S command room with dispatch, provider job posting, contractor job boards, applicant pools, assignments, route stops, proof vaults, proof receipts, payment-state ledgers, market reports, export packets, analytics, settings, local runtime checks, SkyeGateFS27 activation gates, and a manifest-only 0S mount.

The `SkyeRouteX` folder is now the single product home. It contains the V83 static/runtime shell plus nested `workforce-command-v0.4.0`, which carries `npm run smoke:all` and focused smokes for browser panels, provider/contractor route flows, storage/export packets, provider guards, auth controls, audit integrity, migrations, deployment readiness, and SkyeHands mount checks. These prove local backend flows and browser panels; production still requires chosen database, storage, payment, identity, route-intelligence, notification, DNS/SSL, and compliance providers.
