CROWN OPERATING ROOM

Follow-Up Autopilot

Create follow-up sequences for buyers, candidates, vendors, partners, and clients. This page is part of the CROWN layer, which strengthens the Site Operator Brain as a conductor over the Central Company Command Brain and the 13 cabinet/person brains.

Primary Brain

Site Operator Brain receives the signal, classifies intent, creates the operating receipt, and assigns the correct cabinet lane.

Secondary Review

Central Company Command Brain reviews alignment with company doctrine, founder direction, public claims boundaries, and cabinet coordination.

Cabinet Execution

The relevant cabinet brain drafts the next action, data request, proof requirement, or escalation path.

Human Gate

Any external commitment, contract, payment, employment action, compliance posture, or public claim requires human approval.

Operating Standard

The CROWN layer treats every signal as an operating event. Events become tasks only after classification. Tasks become external action only after review. Claims become public only after proof. This prevents the site from behaving like theater while still making it feel like a serious autonomous business command system.

Required Evidence

Each receipt should include the signal source, assigned primary brain, assigned reviewer, risk rating, approval requirement, task status, proof requirement, and final disposition. Missing evidence should be marked as pending rather than complete.
